Bend your right leg in your knee so your foot rests on your left thigh. Then, reach for your left foot with your right hand. Make sure that you are bending from the hip more than from your back. It’s ok if you can’t reach your toes. Just stretch as much as you can. But if you can, gently pull them towards you. Hold that position for around 25 seconds. And then repeat with your other leg, making sure to switch the hand as well.

Stretching your abs

With your stomach facing down. Put your arms next to your torso and lift your upper body. You should make sure that your feet remain on the ground. Hold that position for around 20 seconds and repeat it a couple of times. 

Post-workout chest stretching

This stretching exercise is easy to do and excellent for stretching your entire upper body. All that you need to do is stand on the floor with your feet at shoulder-length apart. And your arms at your sides. Reposition your hands behind you and put them together. It’s best if you can interlock your fingers. Then just gently pull your hands away from your body. It’s important to do it slowly. That should cause your shoulders to move towards each other. And make your chest go forward. Now hold that position for around 20 seconds and release. You can repeat this exercise a couple of times until you feel like you’ve stretched enough.
