For some reason Middle Eastern food often gets overlooked, given the ‘noise’ the western cuisine makes. People often overlook Falafel. It is not as famous as some western dishes, and this is why only people who have had the chance of trying it know what it is. But, those who have tried it will never want to replace it with anything!

What you would do is slowly simmer tomatoes, specific spices and herbs and add beaten eggs to the mix while keeping it in the pot.
It is delicious. It is healthy, and it is all you’d need.
