I am a yoga instructor certified by yoga alliance. I conduct my classes in group or private which involved yoga poses and meditation and the poses are taught in precise alignment and safely guiding students through the flow of practise… I can teach pranayama, gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga or restorative yoga depending on the requirement of the student… I connect the poses with the correct breathing and let the student to connect woth their bodies and feel the energies within their body with every movement.
