Truly a great trainer

It has been about a month since I trained with Prashant. He is knowledgeable, caring and punctual. Those three traits are often hard to find in a trainer. He always gives you that added push when you feel like you can’t do anymore and I can feel that a transformation is in the process—mentally and physically.
