  • 20s Handstand Hold
  • 8-15 Box Jumps
  • 8-15 Dumbbell Push Press

You start with a handstand hold – and this is a tough one. You perform it against the wall, kicking your legs up. Make sure to extend your hands as much as you can, and hold the position for 20 seconds. You will need to use a lot of muscles for this – your abs, quads, and your bum.
